Casa Bellavista is on the west shore of Lake Como, in Bugiallo-Sorico and it enjoys a wonderful view over the lake and the mountains. It is in a quiet area, about 650 meters high, which is a good starting point for trekking and walks. The centre of Sorico, full of restaurants, cafés, shops and food stores, is about 1,5 mile away. Beaches, surf school, sailing school and playground in Sorico. Near Casa Bellavista there are some local restaurants with wonderful lake view. Private garden with table, chairs, barbecue. Car spot just outside the house.
