Fully air conditioned brand new 3-bed apartment in a beautiful complex. With stylish, modern equipment and furnishings the apartment sleeps 6 people. The master en-suite bedroom has patio doors leading onto a large balcony. The second double bedroom also has an en-suite shower/toilet. Third bedroom has twin beds and a separate bath and toilet. A spacious open plan kitchen with oven/hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave, leads onto a spacious lounge/dining area with seating for 6. Large flat screen TV and a DVD player are provided. A private balcony with furniture, is accessed from the living area and master bedroom. Large communal feature swimming pool with separate children's pool is located in the centre of the complex and offers free use of sun loungers, parasols and poolside showers. The property has a covered allocated parking space which is most welcome in the hot summer months. A private tennis court is available for the exclusive use of complex residents.

For more energetic, the action packed resorts of Ayia Napa and Protaras are a short drive away where you can enjoy the lively night life as well as beautiful beaches and water parks during the day. Almost all the beaches which are in close proximity have strictly controlled water sports facilities and the famous Fig Tree Bay is only a 10 minute drive away. The beaches also provide clear shallow water ideal for children.
