At the heart of the 4 Valleys ski area, linked to Verbier, Nendaz owns the Mont Fort glacier which provides high altitude skiing for all levels of skiers from beginners to expert. The off-piste is renowned and the area boasts snow sure skiing with plenty of snow canons. Nendaz is also a snowboarding centre and caters for cross-country skiing. As well as the winter sports, paragliding, tennis, walking, swimming, white-water rafting, golf and horse-riding are also available, making this an all-year round resort in the beauty of the Swiss Alps. If you wish to sight see, Sion is an impressive medieval fortress town and hosts many cultural events, whilst Nendaz is a family friendly village with plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars for all ages. In the summer, the village is lively with walkers, families and mountain-biking enthusiasts as the 98 kms of the local ancient irrigation system, the 'Bisses', are a perfect way to appreciate the stunning views.

  • * Additional 150 Sfr cleaning charge (per rental) and 20 Sfr bed sheets and towels charge (per person)
    * Visitors Tax is per person, per day = 2 Sfr adult or 1 Sfr child (6-16 yrs). Children under 6 are free. This Tax is paid by us to the local Tourist Office.
    * A damage deposit of 500 Sfr will be requested to hold the apartment and to cover the cleaning, laundry fees and visitors tax. If anything in the apartment needs to be replaced, a receipt will be provided explaining the cost for the replacement.
    * Three Heated ski boxes next to the cable car Tracouet for rent, one box suits two pair of skis and ski shoes. Rental price 20 Sfr per box.
  • Apartment can only be rented for a minimum stay of one week. In winter high season the apartement is rented out only from Sunday until Sunday.
