Les Vignes de Noizay is a detached Compact pavilion situated on the outskirts of a small village. Set in two acres of its own private grounds of an impressive array of mature trees and shrubs. The gite is in a secluded location with panoramic views of the beautiful french countryside. Perfect for those who wish to wind down and relax.... yet it is only a short drive to town. you will find plenty of bars, good restaurants and entertainment in the area. Les Vignes de Noizay has its own private pool 12ft x 29ft with roman end, you will find the terrace complete with sun loungers and umbrellas so you can relax, unwind and soak up the summer sun. The gite is well equiped. In the kitchen there is a oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc.... The living area has 2 sofas, a small table and chairs, French TV and Hifi. There are two double bedroom in which one leads off in to a twin room. Large shower room with WC and handbasin.
