Le Laitier is situated in the heart of the Loire valley in a secluded location, with surrounding views of the beautiful French countryside. Perfect if you want to enjoy the peace and quiet away from the crowds, wind down and relax. But if you want restaurants, bars and night life you only a short drive in to town The swimming pool is 55ft x 16ft with a beach end. Originally a Barn, Le Laitier has been converted to a very large luxury property. The open plan living area is over 40ft long. The lounge area has 3 large sofas, TV, CD player and a selection of board games. The dining area has a large dining table. The kitchen is fully fitted complete with breakfast bar, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker ... One of the double bedrooms is situated downstairs alongside a shower room and WC. There are 3 Bedrooms upstairs, 2 large double bedrooms and one twin. all the bedrooms have exposed beams and gables. There is a 2ND shower room with WC and twin basins.
