The well-equipped semi-detached villa has full air-conditioning, and substantial areas of both sunny and shaded terracing from which you can enjoy the views in all directions, and especially across to the hills and setting sun in the West. There is a large private heated pool (8M x 4M, 1.4-1.8M) with its own toilet and shower room, gas barbecue and fridge, and attractive lighting to entice you to enjoy an evening dip! Ground floor: large dining /sitting room with lovely views across to the hills, TV with UK Freeview & Spanish stations & DVD player, kitchen + w/m, d/w, microwave and f/freezer, and there is also a downstairs toilet. Upstairs: three twin bedrooms and family bath/shower room. Two bedrooms have stunning views, one with balcony and the other with its own en-suite bath/shower room. Pool heating is available on request 1/4-31/10 at small extra cost. Free off-road parking and arrival pack on request. This villa is ideal for a long or short stay at any time of the year.

Casa Bruja is situated directly on the prestigious and challenging Alhaurin Golf course designed by Seve Ballesteros, and reduced green fees can be arranged through the English owners, who will also be delighted to provide tailored information about the local area. Alhaurin Golf is only 30 minutes from Malaga Airport and 30 minutes from the sandy and attractive Fuengirola beach, and tennis, walking and horse-riding are nearby. The area provides many bars, quality restaurants and major shopping centres such as Marbella, while the bustling medieval town of Alhaurin El Grande is just 3km away. The villa is well sited for day trips to Estepona, Malaga, Nerja caves, Ronda, Antequera and Granada's world-famous Alhambra. You can also escape to the very attractive mountains and lakes of El Chorro & Ardales, where part of a Bond film was made.

    Nightly Rates are for the whole property, for periods less than 1 week.
    Pool heating is available 1/4 - 31/10 at an extra charge of 8 EUR/day or 50 EUR/wk if required.
  • Rental price is quoted in EUROS, payable to a nominated Spanish or German bank account.
    GBP also welcome at current exchange rate, payable to UK bank account.
    Other currencies including USD are welcome by negotiation.

The villa is directly opposite the 11th tee of the prestigious and challenging main 18 hole course at Alhaurin Golf (designed by Seve Ballesteros), and there are two other courses on site. Wonderful undisturbed villa with mountain view

We are a family with 2 adults and 2 teenagers from Denmark, we spent 14 wonderful days in Casa Bruja in summer 2009. We like to live where it is calm and away from all the tourism and buisiness, and we got that in Casa Bruja. If you want that you have to have a car.The villa was very clean, everything we needed was in the house, big bedrooms, 3 bathrooms in the house is great when you have teenagers.The decor was very nice. Our teenagers liked that they could bring their laptops. The private pool and the patio was lovely and very cosy in the evening with the poollight and the lamps, we could swim, lie in the sun and be in the shadow. The mountain view was wonderful and the view to the golf course and the lake was also wonderful.The charming town Mijas, is only 7 km. away, you drive on a breathtaking road ower the mountains. If you have a car, you can easily go to the coast. When we spent our holiday in Casa Bruja there was a bit noise from road construction. The owners gave us excellent service and provided us with all the information we nedded before we came to the villa. If we nedded helt we could get in touch with the owners or a local agent. We think that we had an excellent holiday and got good value for the money. We will certainly recommend the villa to our friends and family and we will certainly go back.Thank you Simon and Gisela for a wonderful holiday in Casa Bruja. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children from Denmark. We spent 1 week at the house Casa Bruja and it was a really nice holliday, everything was allright and the pool was clean.
