WINTER SPECIAL 800 EUROS A MONTH FOR 2 PEOPLE. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully equipped duplex garden apartment is set in gorgeous gardens with a pool, just a few minutes walk to Montemar bars and restaurants and the beach and the Benalmadena Marina. The exact location is called El Pinillo. There is lots of terrace space.(front and back) The apartment has 2 bathrooms, English sky TV, air conditioning, kitchen,with oven and microwave, private parking (if required, everything is nearby). This is a quiet complex although close to amenities. Clients must have fully comprehensive travel insurance.

The duplex garden house is on the Torremolinos/Benalmadena border (first street into Torremolinos), just minutes from Montemar, about 7 minutes walk to Benalmadena Marina and 24 hours square (benalmadena) yet in a quiet location with beautiful pool and gardens. The Marina, Beaches, restaurants, bars, golf and all sports all make for a great holiday. The train station is only about 8 minutes walk away. There are plenty of sports facilities nearby. Buses are available covering all of the coast from Malaga to Marbella. The bus stop is just 4 minutes walk from the house

A lovley quiet, mainly residential area. The garden and pool were very nice and very welcome in the heat. The accomodation was very basic and in need of some re decoration. We hired the apartment for 6 nights for 5 people - the beds were only made up for 4 people and we had to borrow bedding from friends, there was only 4 dinner plates and bowls etc.. for 5 people! The electrics cannot stand too many appliances on at the same time as we tripped the electrics having kids with hair dryers and putting the oven on etc. The apartment was definatley NOT 5 minutes walk from the Marina, it was about 25 mins walk along a steep hill, coming back all up hill. The accomodation was more than adequate for our purposes as we were visiting friends at the Marina and just used it as a base. Families with very young children would find the 2nd bedroom a safety risk as the spiral staircase is ONE step out of the bedroom door.
