The Maisonette-flat has approx.70 m², situated in a cultivated little apartment house in quiet residential area 1 km to spa gardens of Bad Reichenhall. An impressing view out of roof-truss window to the Untersberg, the big Atelier window in living room, a loggia with wonderful panorama view to mountains, comfortably furnished engrave this extraordinary holiday resort. Underground car park is in house. Town bus stop Bad Reichenhall/Bayer.Gmain is in front of the house. Bus stop to Salzburg festival and airport and train station Bayer. Gmain 300 m . To pedestrian zone and health resort Bad Reichenhall you walk through wonderful landscape 15 min. To Festival City Salzburg it takes 20 minutes by car. Non smokers (except on loggia) no animals

There is also an historic wooden sitting corner in Bavarian style and cable TV and a fully equipped bath with extra shower. Die Fewo ist groß, gemütlich, super eingerichtet und ideal für 2 Personen. Sogar einen Tiefgaragen-Parkplatz hatten wir und waren total ungestört. Zu Fuß ist es auch nicht weit nach Bad Reichenhall, sonst nimmt man den kostenfreien Bus, der fast vor der Haustüre hält.
Also sehr zu empfehlen.

Für Gäste ohne Autoanreise sind der Bahnhof und die Buslinien fussläufig zu erreichen.
Wohnung im 2. Stock eines ruhigen Mehrfamilienhauses.
Die Fewo ist nett eingerichtet. Man kann sich wohlfühlen.Die Küche bietet alles an Inventar was man so benötigt.
Die Wohnung ist auf 2 Ebenen verbunden mit eier kleinen treppe.
Ein Balkon ist auch vorhanden.
Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten.

Die Wohnung und die Lage und die Ausstattung sind super.
Es könnten Kleinigkeiten wie z.B. Handtücher, Bratpfannen, Töpfe und Geschirr mal erneurt werden.
Würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.
Owner's Response: Die Handtuecher, Pfannen und sonstiges wurden ausgewechselt.
