The apartment is located in a new purpose built complex, completed in 2008, 5 minutes walk from Ladies Beach, Kusadasi. The ground floor apartment comprises a large living area with patio doors opening onto a garden terrace with beautiful plants and greenery which is adjacent to the communal swimming pool. During your stay once a week - towels and linen are changed and the apartment is cleaned. The apartment’s credentials include: Kitchen diner - An open plan style kitchen equipped with hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, air conditioning, crockery, cooking utensils, tea and coffee making facilities. Bathroom - Featuring a wet room style shower and ceramic flooring. Two bedrooms - The master bedroom has one double bed, and the secondary bedroom has two single beds. A double sofa bed is situated in the open plan kitchen diner, increasing the sleeping capacity for the apartment to six. Fully air conditioned throughout. (For more info, please contact owner).
