Fantastic location Los Naranjos de marbella, Nr Puerto Banus & Marbella ofers a superb location for a family holiday with pools and a splendid restaurant with pools & Al Fresco dining all within easy walking of your apartment. There will also be a large super market opening shortly on the complex. At the restaurant & bar, there is also internet facilities full screen TV and various games machines for the youngsters. You can also receive tennis coaching by arrangement with the restaurant. Fantastic double sun loungers are dotted around the gardens of the restaurant for your enjoyment. The apartments are superbly furnished with all mod cons, and SAT.TV, DVD's and music players, included many more extra as the owner's use their properties and furnish them as their Spanish homes. Los Naranjos is also an excellent location if you play Golf, or Tennis as it close to the Golf Course and also very close to the Tennis club. Its also suitable if you would like a relaxing stay off peak season.

This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom air-cond apartment, overlooks the one of six pools at the complex. The private terrace has dining furniture and overlooks and pool area. The master bedroom has a twin beds with an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedrooms are twin bedded with a full a bathroom. Tastefully furnished throughout the lounge/dining room has many extra as the owner's Spanish home. SAT TV DVD MUSIC CD player and many more extras. There is ample storage space in the bedrooms and living areas. Fully fitted kitchen with all white appliances. The garden terrace is furnished for Al fresco dining and is pleasantly situated overlooking the pool. There are two 2bedroom apartments in this complex available with a double bed & twin bedded guest room so very suitable for two families holidaying together.

Los Naranjos de Marbella, is located close to the Famous Puerto Banus and only 5 minutes drive into Marbella centre and Puerto Banus and the Marina. The area has many attractions for children, Selwo hills animal safari, water parks and Dolfin woorld are all within 15-30 min drive. There are numerous golf courses alon the the coast and within 5 min drive of the apartments in Los Naranjos Golf & Dame de Notche. The beaches are mostly sandy with many areas dedicated to the family, with restaurants and sun beds to sleep off lunch to sounds of the waves lapping the shores. Puerto Banus 15 - 20 walking offer many attractions bars, restaurants, night life and of course the famous Yacht Marina and harbor. Fantastic designer shops are to be found where the rich & famous sometimes can be spotted. There is also local bus service from Los Naranjos to Puerto Banus and Marbella stops outside the gate on the Istan road and serves the coast so although a car is useful it is not always needed.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The rental prices are shown for the apartment for a one Week stay. Discounts are sometimes offered on selected 3 week stays off peak season. Not during July or August.
    To reserve the apartment a 15% deposit and a completed booking contract is required. The balance of the rental is due for payment 10 weeks before the first day of the holiday.
    A security deposit bond is also required with the final payment of £200 which will be returned following the return of the apartment keys, and in accordance with the booking contract.
    The deposit will normally be returned after 7 -14 days following receipt of the keys.
    Payments are accepted by cheque, Bank transfer, or credit card with pay pal. with all transfer costs payable by client. we also offer a discount for only 2 person occupancy on selected weeks
