This apartment is modern and very well presented and equipped to provide a luxury holiday location. Offering an ideal location for a relaxing holiday yet conveniently located within a 7minute drive of a beautiful beach and the pretty harbour town of L’Ampolla, and within 40minutes of Reus airport, UNIVERSAL STUDIOS POTAVENTURA and 90 minutes of Barcelona. The apartment has its own private secure access and a private terrace with stunning sea views which opens out to the huge swimming pool (approx. 10m x 4m) also benefiting for the fabulous views. Although the swimming pool is shared with the property owners you will find yourself having the privacy of the swimming pool for much of the time. The location of the property makes it ideal for a relaxing holiday and yet within easy reach of the pretty harbour town of L’Ampolla.

Located within a 7 minute drive of a lovely long sandy beach, where even in the height of summer you can normally find a nice secluded spot. Within a 9minute drive of the centre of L'Ampolla. L’Ampolla is a beautiful harbour town which has been developed with care to provide a charming and sophisticated holiday destination. It boasts a beautiful coastal boardwalk with views of the sea out to the horizon. There is a pretty harbour lined with cafes and bars, ideal locations for a relaxing drink and a spot of people watching. L'Ampolla offers a great selection of restaurants, including; Tapas bars, Fish, Italian and International restaurants. L'Ampolla has 2 fabulous beaches and is the 'gateway' to the Ebro Delta. The Ebro Delta nature reserve is within a short drive and is truly stunning, it is world renowned for the rare species of wildlife and birds. The beaches are incredible and the sand dunes were used as the setting in the film 'Sahara' starring Penelope Cruz.
