Beautiful luxury fitted charming stone house with all modern facilities, decorated and furnished to a high standard. A large sunny garden with a private swimming pool with views of the sea. The accommodation has 4 double bedrooms all beautifully presented one ensuite stone shower room and other separate shower room and luxury stone bathroom. Open plan modern kitchen and utility room, One lounge with open fireplace and stone floors and another lounge on top floor all beautifully presented in neutral Provencal colours, Seating for 8. Outside there is a beautiful Pergola with seating and BBQ area with seating for 10. The house is very old and has such charm it is a delight, It has been renovated to a high standard and is very comfortable. It has plazma TVs with satellite and wifi connection, It is situated in Magagnosc on route to Grasse very close to the quaint old town which is the perfume capital of the world.30 mins to the glorious coast and the same distance to Cannes.

Chateauneuf, Valbonne and Mougins are the local villages which are great for exploring , having a nice lunch or just wandering round the quaint shops and then taking a coffee or glass of wine.

The house is very close to Grasse the perfume capital of the world. Chateauneuf is the nearest village with an array of local shops a market on Monday mornings for fresh produce and a supermarket for all your provisions. Travel about 15 mins by car and you will come to the lovely town of Valbonne with its bustling Friday Market and quaint shops and great restaurants. Mougins is a lovely old village too renowned for gallerys and shops and being the gastronomic centre of the South then excellent food. The Moulin de Mougin run by the famous Alan Lorca is really worth a visit. The coastal towns of Cannes, Theoule sur Mer, Juan les Pins and Antibes are only 40 mins by car as well, The area is great for walking and biking and especially great scenery . Take a short trip up to the beautiful Gourdon you will be impressed with the stunning views.

In the winter time the house can be rented for skiing holidays as it is very close by car to all nearby areas. 40 mins to the nearest at LES GREOILIERS and 1hour50 to ISOLA AND AURON.Go to the beach one day and ski the next !!!

Ski: There are great facilities for skiing only 40 min, by car.

Golf: There are numerous golf courses all within 20 30 mins.
