This apartment is located in one of Lisbon's most central and distinctive heritage areas. The flat has 2 bedrooms, sleeps up to 6 people and comes fully equipped. It is a very spacious, bright and modern flat. Has lots of character and benefits from traditional Mediterranean features like wooden floors, white walls, high ceilings and shuttered windows. Recently decorated, it is located in an elegant neighbourhood and overlooks a pretty lawned square with trees and benches. It is in a quiet area yet within a 5 min walk you are in some of Lisbon’s best shopping areas with many restaurants, cafes, banks, cinemas, etc. Train and metro stations providing quick access to all that Lisbon has to offer are less than 10 minutes away on foot.

The flat is ideally located in a quiet, leafy residential area surrounded by some of Lisbon's busiest shopping and business areas. Within a 5 minute walk you will find yourself in fashionable Guerra Junqueiro Street with many high street shops, like Zara, Benetton or Mango, popular outdoor restaurants and cafes, supermarkets, banks, chemists, etc ! Within a 15 minute walk you can explore Gulbenkian Museum and gardens, Saldanha shopping, the El Corte Ingles department store and the Campo Pequeno bullring, shopping and cinema complex. Four different metro stations (3 different metro lines) and two train stations are less than a 10 min walk away providing easy access to all that Lisbon has to offer: Baixa, Expo, Sintra, Cascais or Caparica !

Lovely Lisbon appt

This is a really nice appt , well kept and comfortable , light and airey . The owner Pedro was very friendly and helpful and speaks fantastic english which was a big help for my 73 year old father . It is in a good location in a quiet family neighbourhood but 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro ( then 15 mins to the centre of Lisbon ) .Also , lots of supermarkets and cafes/ restaurants very close by . If you want to get away from the sometimes bland experience of staying in a hotel and experiencing a genuine Lisbon neighbourhood , this is a good bet . Will most certainly stay here again soon .

Without a doubt, this flat in Lisbon was one of the roomiest and best equipped in which we have stayed. Tim likes to shop at local markets and cook for us during our holidays so the kitchen's size and appliances were greatly appreciated. Every convenience was up and running; we were really grateful for the fast broadband service. The walk to the tube stops was a bit of a climb but that only helped to make us burn off a few calories put on as a result of the great restaurants nearby as well as at the riverfront walks which we explored. All kinds of maps were provided by the host and were colour-coded as to food, shopping and entertainment. But most important to the good stay we had in this city was the warmth and generous spirit of Pedro, our host. He was quick to point all kinds of local "must-sees" and when we had cause to ring with a question, he responded quickly and effectively. He seemed available to be in touch but never in the way. Possibly he is so aware of what is needed by travelers abroad because he himself has been to many unusual spots around the globe and he is eager to be sure that his home is welcoming and comfortable. We always felt safe and at ease.

Passei um fim de semana no seu apartamento em Lisboa e gostei muito. É um espaço muito bonito, luminoso, bem aproveitado e, sobretudo, muito bem decorado. Trata-se de uma verdadeira casa lisboeta, recuperada com gosto. Para além disso, está numa zona tranquila, onde se dorme sem barulhos. Parabéns.

The appartment is really nice and clean. A lot of space, big masterbedroom, stylish livingroom and spacious kitchen. A lot of little details of decoration gives the appartment a cosy atmosphere.
Price quality was very good. Internet connection and satellite television was excellent.

high ceilings, big windows, nice furniture, comfy bathroom, very nice bedroom and linen, big kitchen, living room with a sofa, table, TV, HiFi, Internet - all the comfort I needed. It is as nice as the photos promise and the owner is very friendly and helpful. I was there by car for a fortnight and was evading paying parking most of the days without getting caught ;) Metro station is within walking distance as are several nice cafes/restaurants and shops. It is also very easy to drive out of Lisbon to Sintra or Cascais from this location. A perfect holiday flat for exploring Lisbon and surroundings. The only downside was hearing the upstair neighbours walking sometimes, but that improved after owner was notified of it. Recommended !
