Centre located in Costa del Sol, Spain. 2 Story House which was completely renovated last year. The house comes with everything you expect from self contained property and more.2 lovely sundecks, heated plunge pool and air conditioning. The house sleeps 4 but can sleep 6. The property is located in Pizarra whcih is close to Malaga and Marbella in Costa Del Sol. The village, the only one which is completely traversed by the River Guadalhorce, featuring a green landscape with abundant fruit trees, citrus trees and vegetable gardens, dominated by the Sierra del Hacho. The village's origins date back to the time of the Catholic Monarchs, and its most noteworthy monuments are St. Peter's Church, the Count of Puerto Hermoso's Palace and Virgin of La Fuensanta Chapel; also to be found in Pizarra is a museum exhibiting the works of the painter Gino Hollander.   • The main bathroom is stunning and brand new with 5ft deep heated plunge pool that opens up to the sundeck, fully tiled with full glass french doors. Large fully glassed shower with very large shower head for that perfect shower. Gas controlled heating provides long hot showers and a dip into the pool. The room is amazingly stunning and designed to a very high standard.

Lovely night lights with large storage for clothes and draws. Air conditoning with remote control. The room is decorated with a very modern comfortable feel wtih king size bed and comfortable. All lights are controlled by your bed and the floors are finished in timber with matches the french doors. Second bedroom has been recently built with style and modern feel, come with fully tiled ensuite, French glass doors and timber windows.

Notes: This is a very lovely home with all the modern comforts , recently renovated to a high standard and all the modern requirements in the home. With a statelite dish ( 4 m ) Plenty of English channels to watch. Clean linen provided, we do ask that guests wash all linen and ensure the beds are ready for the next guests. The plunge pool is 5ft deep and leads onto the lower sundeck, lovely in the afternoon to relax and enjoy some sunshine and the pool and of course the property is completely private and peaceful. There are no noisy clubs or crime in this town, although a very big town it has retained its authenic Spanish life style, yet very modern town. All plates, cutlery, pots and pans. The house has everything, all you need is your personal belongings.

History The area must have been inhabited in Roman times, though insufficient relics exist to determine an exact period. Its name appears in records for the first time at the end of the 15th century, when the Catholic Monarchs awarded land in 'the Pizarra region' to Don Pedro Romero in return for capturing Alora. Close enough for shopping or the sea.

Things to Do: Surrounded by valleys, rivers and mountains. Ideal area for many pastimes such as walking, rambling and excursions on bicycle, horse riding, outdoor painting lessons or following the botanic routes, as the village is situated at the foot of the Sierra de las Nieves nature reserve and of course Golf courses Fantastic shopping throught out the valley and with Malaga only 25 minutes and Marbella only 40 minutes drive away. The beach, which are the best beachs in Costa Del Sol are only 20 minutes away. It certainly is a lovely relaxing and peaceful holiday but with Torremilanos only 15 mintues away you have 24 hour bars and clubs. It is the perfect location.

Getting around: Motorway giving access to the entire of Costa Del sol is only 5 minutes from the Village. Main train station which goes directly to Malaga is only 5 minute walk from the house . And of course there are taxis and Cheap car hire. Buses Bike hire and walking

Golf: Spian is full of Golf course and Pizarra is no differant with 20 golf courses within easy driving distance.

Much better in real than on the photos, David was a great host and ensured everything was ready and he provided a information pack full of ideas and knowledge for our holiday. It was relaxing, comfortable and just pefect. We loved your house.
