Our detached beach house (built in 2006) with high standard is very light and has large window fronts. Whether electric kettle, toaster or wine glasses – the kitchen is completely equipped. In the living quarters floor heating and a fireplace make comforting warmth on cold days. The whole house has additional electric heating. Settle down in the comfortable lounge and play a game. Television with satellite access, radio, DVD- and CD-player offer entertainment for long nights. Withdraw to a perch on the gallery with a good book and a glass of red wine and enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea. In the spa bathroom, floor heating makes always warm feet. The Jacuzzi with massage function and sauna make the special atmosphere of this place. In summer you can let the day fade away in a snugly round on the terrace surrounded by nature under pine trees.

The blue holiday house “Strandperle” is situated in the first row, only about 30 meters from the white sandy beach. From the holiday house you can see the blue sea. Especially the view from the lounge on the gallery on the upper floor is terrific. Your view roams over the dune landscape, through pine trees just onto the blue Baltic Sea. The holiday house “Strandperle” offers a living area of approx. 77 m² with two bedrooms and has room for 4 people (2 additional sleeping facilities are on the gallery). One bedroom is situated on the ground floor, the other on the first floor. The kitchen is completely equipped with direct access to the terrace. In the living quarters there is a cosy lounge, fireplace and floor heating. The dining area for four people is fit into a glass oriel. The wellness-bathroom is spacious and equipped with floor heating, sauna and jacuzzi with massage function. A parking space is directly in front of the house.

Notes to the rental rates

• Final cleaning included. Cost for electricity (0.27 € per Kw/h) and water (6.00 € per m³) according to consumption. Visitor’s tax on location. Bed linen and towels can be lent on demand. Firewood can be purchased in Baabe at the supermarket or at the local manager.
  
• One car can be parked in front of the house for free (30 m from the house). If you arrive with several cars, you have to park these outside the beach park Baabe in a local parking lot in front of the barrier (3 €/day).
  
• Deposit money 150 € are to be paid at the location.

A paradise for parents and children

At our place everybody gets his money worth: While your children romp around the holiday house on bondless playing room, you can rewind on the terrace or in the living room with a glass of wine or beer without any sorrow - because there is no traffic here. A barrier at the entry to the beach park makes sure that the private play street is only used by residents. Most modern house automation (dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine) limit the house work to a minimum. And for mummy getting her money worth, too, this is our advice: Daddy goes with the kids to the sandy beach, has fish roll for lunch with them while mummy enjoys her special wellness day with a massage in the jacuzzi and relaxes in the sauna. And so that she does not have to cook she is invited at night to a rustic fisherman restaurant.

The beach park was completed in spring 2006. That means it is no more under construction.

Baabe at every season

***Awakening of the spring: on copious walks you can enjoy the still deserted beaches with the fresh sea climate and strengthen your immune system. On hiking tours through the wonderful landscape you can explore the monastery and the first messengers of spring – white anemones cover the forest soil, yellow rape meadows seam the country roads. Let your soul roam free, finally recline completely and wake up from hibernation. ***Winter: Make a terrific walk along miles of beach all by yourself in icy frost, discover bizarre ice-sculptures and listen the ice of the Baltic Sea “working”. On the way back you can stop at the teahouse and warm up with a hot grog. At home you can let the day fade away in the pre-heated sauna (timer programmable for up to 5 hours) or in front of the crackling fire.
