Located on a brand new complex situated just off the Tombs of the Kings Road with easy access to all local tourist attractions. The complex boasts a large swimming pool which is heated by solar panels in the cooler months, a children pool, a jacuzzi pool and a snack bar. It also has a fully equipped gym which can be used at no extra cost. The property has a large open plan lounge, kitchen & dining area The lounge has patio doors opening onto a furnished balcony, 1 large bedroom, a family bathroom, air-conditioning, & all windows are fitted with fly-screens. The property has Sky TV installed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need including a dishwasher and washing machine.

The Apartment is situated just off the Tombs of the Kings Road, where you will find numerous tavernas, restaurants, bars and tourist shops all within 2 minutes walk. There is a small sandy beach just 5 minutes walk away. The Harbour Area and Paphos Town, with its quaint streets and shops, or, if you prefer, Bar Street are 20 minutes walk away. Alternatively, a bus stop is 2 minutes from the complex and buses travel in both directions every 15 minutes, taking you into Paphos or to other attractions such as the Water Park or the famous Coral Bay Beach. The Tombs of the Kings archaeological site is also within walking distance and there are numerous other archaeological sites to explore in and around Paphos. If you wish to hire a car you can be in the Troodos Mountains in about an hour and can ski there in the winter months. There are 3 golf courses: Minthis , Secret Valley & Aphrodite Hills, which is a championship course.

We stayed in this appartment for 7 nights and loved every minute we spent there. The owners and managers of he property could not have been more helpfull. The appartment was cleaned and fresh towels and a welcome pack were supplied.
We had several lovely breakfasts on the ample balcony.
The harbour, old town and corral bay were only a short bus ride away, many archiological sights right on the door step. Beautiful small beach over the main road. We would recomend hiring a car for visiting other towns and countryside.
If we were to return we would not hesitate booking the same place.

Apartment was exactly as listed, was extremely comfortable with facilities as described. It was spotlessly clean, very well maintained and the welcome pack much appreciated. It Is ideally situated close to local supermarkets and eateries and on a main bus route reducing the need to hire a car. It is within 10 minutes walk of the Tomb of the Kings and 40 minutes walk into Kato Phaphos and the Harbour. Bus fares are 1.5 Euro regardless of distance and they run regularly. Local beach is five minutes walk or Coral Bay is 20 minute bus ride away. Karen and Dave were great and responded to any problems immediately and were extremely helpful. Snack bar by the pool was a godsend but there was talk it may be closing. Our main complaint was the lack of sunbeds which caused a problem on occasion. Some of the other owners had purchased their own sunbeds and It is our recommendation to the owners of this property that they do the same as this is an otherwise wonderful accommodation.

Lovely and spacious apartment, very well maintained. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants, so lots to do nearby. Excellent customer service, we were easily able to contact someone if we needed anything. Just a short bus ride away from the harbour and the water park, and just down the road from the tourist attraction, the Tombs of the Kings. I would recommend this apartment to anyone, definitely going back.
