This delightful 3 bedroom villa is situated in the heart of the Vizcondado de Cabanyes and is surrounded by the spectacular views of the Gaverres Mountains. Even though in a rural setting it is an ideal location to visit surrounding towns and villages or the fantastic coastal beaches that the Costa Brava has to offer. Barcelona is only an hours train ride away where the sights of this wonderful city can be seen by foot or the local tourist bus.Their are some fantastic walks to be had along the coast or woodland rambles in the local hills. For the more adventurous the local water park, discos, water sports are also close by. The villa offers a wide range of facilities that you would expect from a holiday home and whether you require a relaxing or adventurous holiday the area of the Costa Brava has something to offer everybody.

Palamos is a working fishing town where you can go and watch the local fishermen haul in their catch and buy it fresh from the fish market situated on the towns harbour front.Calonges weekly market is great for buying locally grown produce, then visit one of the villages bars for a drink and Tapas.Calonge is proud of its festivals that are held throughout the summer season with live music held in the square of the Medieval Castle.Their are numerous golf courses in distance of the villa with the famous Mas Nou only a 20 min drive away.
