This is the perfect property for those looking for a beach holiday without the need for a car, though if you do have transport there is private, secure parking with direct access to the house. Located in a quiet area within easy walking distance of beautiful beaches, shops and restaurants this fully air conditioned town house offers spacious accommodation for larger family groups. From the entrance hall there is a cloakroom and a well equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences. The lounge leads to a spacious furnished patio set in its own fully enclosed garden, which is ideal if you wish to bring along the family pet. The communal pool area, accessed directly from the garden, features both children’s and adult’s pool shared by only 22 units. Sleeping accommodation comprises double master bedroom with en-suite facilities and balcony overlooking the pool, two twin bedrooms, family shower room and a studio room/bedroom. Rooftop terrace commands views of pool and surrounding area.

Calpe has everything you would need for a family holiday. Beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants, shops and good sporting facilities. There is an interesting old town to explore and a fascinating fish market in the harbour area where you can sample the fresh catches, brought in every day by the fishing boats, at a variety of restaurants. The Rock of Ifach, home to a large variety of bird life, is well worth climbing both for the bird watching and the spectacular views over the entire Marina Alta coastline. Mountaineers will find Calpe to be an ideal base as the area features many good climbs.
