This centrally situated luxury penthouse apartment is set within a quiet and peaceful modern development. Located within 15 minutes walk of the famous shopping district (Rue d'Antibes), the Croisette and the Palais du Festival, the accommodation is ideal for both business and holiday visitors. The apartment is on the top floor (accessible via lift/elevator), boasting panoramic views of Cannes, and is part of a secure and well maintained block, with communal gardens and swimming pool. The living area opens out onto a large terrace (with outside furniture) and there is a fitted kitchen complete with washing machine and dishwasher. The 4 double bedrooms all provide fitted wardrobes and there are 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite) and a further WC. There is also a solarium that is accessed from the master bedroom. The apartment also benefits from secure underground parking for 1 car & is fully air conditioned. There is Sky TV, WiFi Internet connection & the apartment is furnished to a high standard.

Cannes is one of the best-known cities of the French Riviera, famous for the glitzy hotels, cars, beaches, and visitors. Cannes has become one of the busiest tourist destinations among jet-setters and famous celebrities as the city hosts many significant events including the annual Cannes Film Festival. Its old town, Le Suquet, is also a great spot for remarkable panoramic scenery. Cannes has a wonderful fresh produce market (veg, meat, fish and flowers) Colourful boutiques, chic shops and lots of restaurants serving very varied cuisine. The apartment is approx 15-20 minutes walk to Palais des Festival and the Casinos, and there are also Sailing Schools along the front. The French Riviera has a Mediterranean climate, with sunny, hot, dry summers, and mild winters. Winter temperatures are moderated by the proximity to the Mediterranean; days of frost are extremely rare, and in summer the maximum temperature rarely exceeds 30º celsius.

Notes: The vast living room is divided into dining + sitting areas which include a sofa (which seats 8), plasma TV with English Sky TV, DVD/CD player, stereo system, WIFI internet connection, dining table and 6 chairs. Brand new fully equipped modern kitchen to include large fridge & freezer, dishwasher, electric oven & hob, washing machine. Crockery, cutlery & utensils all provided. There is a large private terrace with beautiful views over Cannes. The terrace can be accessed from the living room and Bedroom 2 and benefits from outdoor lighting so it can be enjoyed of an evening. Outside furniture provided includes 4 sun-loungers, 2 small tables, large dining table and 6 chairs. Guests have access to a well maintained communal pool which never gets too crowded. The underground car parking space may not be suitable for larger vehicles such as people carriers or 4x4s. Free parking in available on the street adjacent to the development.

My family and I stayed in this apartment last August it was spacious and very well laid out for a large family or a group of friends to stay in. The balcony is lovely for sunbathing with plenty of sunbeds and the solarium is great for having a little quiet time.If you do not want to drive there is a bus stop right outside the main gate, ten minutes takes you into Cannes.The only problem we found was that twin beds in one or two rooms would have been more practical for us.We will certainly book again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers

Our party of 7 stayed at the apartment last Summer and had a fantastic time in Cannes! The apartment is stunning, very spacious and even with 7 of us we did not get in each others way at all. The terrace was great for sitting out on during the evenings and catch the sun throughout the day.

The rooms were all a good size and the bathrooms were very nice. The apartment was also very clean throughout. We swam in the pool most days and found it very clean and rarely had to share it with anyone else!

We did drive from the airport, and had some great day trips to the surrounding areas (Port Grimaud, Juan Les Pins, Monaco), but walked down into Cannes 2 or 3 times.

We really enjoyed our time at Villa Victoria and hope to return next spring.

the flat is nicely furnished, very nice terraces - solarium , the swimming pool not so good and the garage difficult to access if you have a bigger car
