Beautiful townhouse in Gold resort of Praia d'El Rey, Portugal's top gold resort. The house is situated in a closed condominium with 3 large pools, and children pools, the golf driving range is 1 minute walk away. The house has 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and there is a nice garden at the back with built in barbecue. The resort has children' play grounds, tennis courts and mini-golf. There is a 5-star Marriott hotel in the resort with spa, health indoor and outdoor pools and very good restaurants. Baby-sitting services are available. The resort is on one of Portugal's most beautiful and dramatic coastlines, the beach is 5 minutes walk away. 15 minutes drive from Praia d'El Rey is the medieval town of Obidos, still completely walled and the best preserved in Europe. Lisboa and the airport are 45 minutes drive by car and you can use the area as a base for a 2 day trip to the gorgeous Duro valley and Porto.

The house is located in Proia d'El Rey, one fo Europe's to golf resorts, Portugal's nr 1. The coast line is dramatic and beautiful and known for surfing. Surf boards can be rented anywhere around Peniche (15 minutes drive). For those with small children, the Lagoa de Obidos is close by and has nice beaches and calmer water. 20 minutes away is the beautiful town of Obidos, one of the last completely walled medieval towns in Europe. Lisboa is 45 minutes drive away as is the medieval city of Sintra with it's beautiful castles.
