Five bedroom house of character, built in 1844 and sympathetically restored 10 years ago, in the old village of San Miguel with it's cobbled streets and traditional houses. The house has 4 bathrooms (3 ensuite), lounge, dining room, 2 kitchens, courtyard, garden, private pool and roof terrace with views of the mountains and sea. The bedrooms are grouped around a beautiful courtyard which leads to the gardens and pool areas. The village of San Miguel has bars, restaurants, bakery, supermarket and banks and is only a 15 minute drive to the coast at Golf del Sur, Los Cristianos and Las Americas with their beautiful beaches, shops and golf courses.

The village of San Miguel is a 15/20 minute drive to the coast of Golf del Sur with its many golf courses; El Medano with wind surfing, kite surfing, wake boarding, diving etc; Los Cristianos with beautiful beach, harbour, shops and restaurants; Las Americas with more beaches, golf, surfing etc. The new Siam Park water park (the largest in Europe) is also 15 mins from the house. El Teide with its bizarre landscape, volcanic rocks and pine forests is a 40 min drive up into the mountains.
