Booking and General Information:
To book please send a £100 deposit to secure the dates, the remainder of the payment will be due 4 weeks prior to your holiday.
A £30 cleaning fee will also be required as well as a refundable £200 security deposit.
Welcome to Turkey and our house, we love it and are sure you will too. The house is situated in a private complex of about 20 houses, all of which are privately owned, many people live here all year round, giving the complex a friendly feel, ideal for families. The complex has a large swimming pool (15x15m) and a smaller splash pool for children, with sun loungers and umbrellas surrounding the pools. There is also a tennis court for residents use, and a shaded car park. You will find the pool and tennis courts empty at most times. Turkish people have no desire to be so adventurous during the sunny periods!
Getting Here:
Flights to Bodrum Milas airport are available from airports throughout the UK, and the transfer time to the villa is only about 20 minutes by local taxi at a cost of around £25. Charter flights are available form Easyjet, Thomas Cook, Monarch, and Onur Airways. Scheduled flights by Turkish Airlines and BA. Flight time from Manchester is 4 hours, just long enough to enjoy a meal and relaxing drink before arriving refreshed. Don’t forget to have your £10 visa entry fee handy on arrival. We can arrange a local taxi firm to collect you from the airport and transport you direct to the door.
Trips, Excursions and Days Out:
For those wanting more organised days out numerous trips can be arranged through Margaret Tours in Torba, or any of the many agencies which can be found on the high street in Bodrum. Ali at Margaret tours has a list of satisfied customers that have gone on various trips from Torba. These range from him organising a special occasion night out in a restaurant to those trips further afield such as; The Village Tour, Jeep Safari, Harbour boat trip, Turkish baths, and many more. Our favourites include the harbour boat trip, fantastic for a relaxing easy day of sunshine, swimming and reading, and Ephesus, an amazing city which includes the amphitheatre, library and market streets of Roman times.
