The Cabo del Sol luxury apartment complex is made up of modern, 2 storey (low rise) Mediterranean-style apartments with outstanding mountain & sea views, spacious gardens and 2 swimming pools. Its privileged mountain-side position provides a stunning setting yet is only 3 minutes drive to the nearest beach (sandy) and shopping amenities. The apartment has been recently refurbished (end-2008) - kitchen and bathrooms - and is in a quiet location that is only 3 minutes drive to the new Denia Marina with its restaurants, bars and shops, or just 4 minutes drive into the centre of Denia. The house has hot-cold air conditioning. The apartment is immaculately kept with a modern, airy feel with lots of natural light in the living area and bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have mountain views and the main double room has sea views. There are lemon & olive tress just outside the house and well kept community gardens.

Denia is situated at the North of the province of Alicante, in a place with a special warm climate and a great many sunshine days with a mean average annual temperature of 20ºC. It's just a 1 hr motorway drive from either Alicante or Valencia airports. July and August are the hottest and busiest times of the year, celebrating the Denia fiesta week during the 2nd week of July and the Moors and Christians fiesta in mid-August. During the fiesta week you can witness bulls running down the main street into a bull-ring where members of the public can try their hand at being a 'torero' - trying to get the bulls to jump into the sea! Denia is a sports haven, with several golf courses close by, a large tennis club, windsurfing, jet skiing, kite-surfing, snorkeling, cycling and mountain walking just a few of the many activities on offer. The town is known both nationally and internationally for its gastronomy - offering the finest shellfish, rice and fish anywhere in the world.

The development is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, so there is no through traffic - making it a very quiet, peaceful area, safe for children. There is parking right in front with a few steps up to the apartment.

Long weekend in Denia

We had a fantastic long weekend break at the Cabo del Sol from 10-14 September - it wasn't long enough! The sun shone and it was hot but not too hot, and the nights blissfully cool - it was good to be above the town where the air was cooler. The apartment was very well equipped, clean and well furnished, and had a balcony where we ate our meals or relaxed and read. The town was only a short distance away and had extremely good shops and supermarkets. If you like walking, you can walk for miles along the promenade beside the sea. The beaches are clean and the water luke warm, but the swimming pool is close to the apartment and there was nobody else there so we had it to ourselves. The restaurants are very good and we particularly enjoyed Tapelia Salitre y Arro which looks over the yacht basin - lovely views and delicious food. We would definitely like to return!

Super holiday in very well presented, modern apartment.
Beautiful aspect and well maintained.

Quiet cul de sac position and good liaison with the owner.

Highly recommended.

Easy access to restaurants and marina.

Good idea to google or such Cabo del Sol to ensure smooth and easy arrival on your own for the first time.
