Our Cape Coral house is of a high standard of Decor. Set in a SW Cape Coral the quiet location is ideal for the beach and The Cape Harbour development. Close by there is a Neighbourhood Walmart . The accomodation is spacious and boasts a large family room with Cathedral Ceiling. The large master bedroom is tastfully furnished and leads to a large bathroom and walk in Wardrobe. The Open Plan Kitchen is very well equipped and has everything available to use from an extra large fridge freezer to an electric fondue set The Patio doors open on to a very sunny screened fully furnished tiled garden room. This area is ideal for relaxing ,sunbathing or entertaining or just sitting watching out over the pretty garden area lined with orange and grapefruit trees. Although we do not have a pool our price refects that we do not have that facility and we find that we do not miss one as there is a large beautiful heated open air pool near the beach which you can use for a very small fee

Paradise Found ...Discover all That Cape Coral has to offer. Set in 400 miles of turquoise water ways that lead into the gulf of Mexico. Close by is the Cape Coral beach where you can see Dolphins or Manatee. Fishing off the pier is a very popular pass time or just sat watching the amazing sunsets drinking a glass of ice cold bear is also recommended. Across the bridge are some of the best beaches in Florida Sanibel Captiva or Fort Myers where shelling is a must. Coco point Gulf Town and Miromar also boasts the best shopping within the region. In fact there is so much to do around this amazing area you are spoiled for choice.

  • The rental period generally consists of Saturday to Saturday bookings ,however other periods are available.
    Two week minimum rental period
    All rental fees do include electrics.
    We require a 10% deposit and we will send you confirmation of your booking the payment of the balance is due eight weeks prior to your arrival.
    Security Deposit of 400$that will be refunded if there are no damage or breakages within the rental period.

Notes: Our Florida home has a high standard of decor . The property is set in a quiet peaceful location very near a beautiful beach. The sunny garden room is ideal for relaxing taking in the sun and sipping a cold beer or margarita. We are situated a few miles from Cape Coral Beach and the up market development of Cape Harbour or if its just a cold drink you require the yacht Club or Tiki hut is also very close by. There also has keep fit equipment within the garage for our guests (use at own risk) . If you are looking for a home from home holiday in a peaceful environment in sunny Florida this property is for you!

Very Nice Rental

This is an excellent place to stay! My husband, myself and our adult daughter spent two week here in July while we looked for a house to purchase for ourselves. As it turned out we did buy a home. If we did not find a home of our own, we would have returned without hesitation to rent this house for the whole Winter or whenever we came to Cape Coral.

The house is just beautiful with everything you need right there--including the beach chairs and umbrella along with the ice chest! The home is very comfortable, clean, spacious and has beautiful furnishings.

The lani is perfect for enjoying the outdoors in the morning or evening-- reading or relaxing without the bugs. It's lovely to sit out there during a storm as well.

There is a Walmart supermarket within walking distance for groceries or getting the morning paper. The home is located close to restaurants and stores-- yet the neighborhood is quite and peaceful. The neighbors are very friendly.

We were so surprised when the young man next door apologized to us that his grass was so high.(and it really wasn't) He stated that he didn't have a chance to cut it yet, but would do so the next day.. We were amazed at his consideration of what we would think-- particularly when we didn't even live there!

We did not miss having a pool as the beach was less than 5 minutes away. Sanibel and Captiva Island beaches were also very close-- about a 20 minute drive.

We found the owner, Anne, a lovely woman with a delightful British accent very easy to work with. We were hesitant at first to rent from someone overseas, but had no problems whatsoever with paying for the rental or having our security deposit returned. Anne has a woman who lives very close by the home that we could call if there was any problems while we were there. The neighbor was also available to call if we had any problems and they in turn would contact the owner.

We would highly recommend this rental. We felt as if we were in our own home--it was that comfortable. It is probably one of the best bargains in the Cape as far as being comfortable with a good location and very economical besides! It's a nice home to spend long or short periods of time in; and feel right at home.

If you are thinking of spending time in Cape Coral this Winter, I would suggest that you look into renting this home soon as I'm sure it won't remain vaccant very long.

Great value, great house, easy to book

We have now stayed in this property about 10 times and we will go back over and over again, great value home, with fabulous furnishings, nothing missing, the attention to details is superb. Only a 5 minute drive to Cape Coral beach or Rum Runners for that evening cocktail. We don't miss having a pool at this property as we go to the beach to enjoy the beach, not sit by a pool. We make regular trips over to Sanibel and Captiva for the day when staying at the house, it is only a short drive over the new bridge, or we head north to Boca Grande beach, spoilt for choice whilst in the area, We love the house as it is exceptional value as we don't pay for a pool or dock which we don't need, but a big bonus at the house is the covered lanai area to sit out after a day at the beach and relax without any bugs bothering you, a wonderful area. Great value house, great owners to book with. We will certainly be back a couple of times this year I hope.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
