This traditional country farmhouse has been restored to include original chestnut beams, arches and stone features. It has a traditional kitchen, dining room with log burning stove, lounge with a corner fireplace and music room. The ground floor also has a utility room and shower room. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms, a single bedroom and large bathroom. The house is fully furnished as a family home and has the added extras of a piano, games for the kids and bookcases full of novels and travel guides to the local area. The house is ideally situated for day trips to Arezzo, Florence and Siena and is in the heart of Renaissance Tuscany with the birth place of Piero Della Francesca one valley over and the famous Madonna del Parto in Monterchi, just five minutes away.While the house is in a tranquil valley, it is situated close to fantastic restaurants serving traditional Tuscan dishes in idyllic settings.
