Our premier villa is located in the outstanding brand new community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake. Situated in this community, our home has the benefit of a natural lake where you can enjoy water sports such as fishing. You will feel safe and secure on this private, gated community and be able to relax in our extended private pool and spa area - without being overlooked. This fully equipped and beautifully furnished home is situated on Highway 27 and is close to Exit 55 on Interstate 4. This position is ideal for travelling to Disney - only 2 junctions (16 minutes) away, Busch Gardens, Tampa or the Gulf Coast. You can walk or drive to the well-established nearby retail area. Here you will find a Super WalMart, McDonalds and more. We are also only 6 minutes drive from the brand new, multi-million dollar Posner Park downtown area which features great shopping.

Our family friendly, private property is located on the prestigious Calabay Parc at Tower Lake development. We are around 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport and and hour from Tampa International Airport. From our drive to Disney takes you 16 minutes and it is an easy drive for you. We have wonderful local restaurants, golf courses, supermarkets and shopping at Posner Park outdoor mall. Our home is a stroll down to the natural lake where you can fish or use the Club House. To get to the Gulf Beaches will take you around 1 hour 15 minutes.

Family friendly features: We have made sure our younger visitors are comfortable by offering a welcoming Mickey themed bedroom with a great selection of toys and games. The Nemo bathroom is also well loved. The living rooms do not have all glass tables for safety reasons and every time an external door is opened, an alarm will sound. We recommend you keep the pool fence in place if you are taking children. We are happy to let you use a cot, high chair, booster chair and even potty!
