Overlooking the historic and picturesque village of Villefranche-Sur-Mer and the posh Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, this exceptional villa has been recently renovated and redesigned to maximize the stunning views offered by its incredible setting. The charming exterior displays the classic stucco and tile roof that has come to characterize Mediterranean architecture, while inside marble bathrooms, contemporary appliances and antique furnishings are all welcoming additions. The front and back patios offer an excellent place to have an intimate dinner or a casual breakfast while basking in the beauty of the Cote d'Azur. The master bedroom/bathroom and second bedroom are on the lower level, while the living and dining room, as well as the kitchen and second bathroom are on the upper level, creating the possibility for privacy or socializing; whichever one desires. My friend and I really enjoyed staying in this lovely Villa above Villefranch-sur-Mer. The owner was lovely to meet and very helpful upon our arrival. The villa is very clean, very quiet, well equipped and the parking easy to manage. A car is necessary for this location as there are no convenient amenities and walking is a bit difficult because the main roads below the villa are busy. I would recommend this property to friends!
