Balcones de Iznalloz is built in a Mediterranean village style and boasts 6000m2 of landscaped gardens, a large swimming pool. it has stunning views of the surrounding mountains, within 25km of 3 golf courses and less than 50 kilometres to the ski resort of the Sierra Navada. Close by is a large lake popular for swimming, fishing and water sports and the popular newly built Medina Elvira Golf Course. The penthouse apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, lounge with bed settee, TV and DVD, dining area and kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster and an utility room with washing machine. The apartment has electric heaters in each room. There is a small balcony with a table and chairs and a spiral staircase up to the large roof terrace with patio furniture, sun loungers and barbeque.
