A pretty three bedroom villa with wonderful sea,countryside, mountain views just outside the historical village of Calonge. Large, attractive, maintained garden and 8 x 4 metres swimming pool with BBQ area. Comfortably furnished with lounge/diner, and large double doors accessing the covered terrace. (Wonderful for alfresco eating and drinking, especially at night, with the twinkling lights of the nearby town below) Fitted kitchen with full size oven, hob microwave and large fridge. Three bedrooms. Tower double bedroom with shower/WC en suite. Two ground level bedrooms, both twin bedded. TV in lounge. (English channels). Off or on road parking day/night. Sports - If you are interested in Mountain biking or golf, there are fantastic opportunities for both.

Calonge-Sant Antoni is located in the heart of the Costa Brava and is the nearest beach to Calonge which is situated inland (2.5 km from the coast) and is the cultural and historical centre of the town. A visit to the medieval castle (12th-13th century), the church of Sant Marti and the curious Carrer del Calcul (Calcul street) is a must. Here one can explore the interesting network of streets and alleys which form the town centre. Sant Antoni has many sports and pleasure activities to be found on the beaches in the summer months. There are wonderful beachside restaurants where the local dishes can be sampled with fresh fish from the nearby port of Palamos. Platja d'aro is a short drive (10 min) away and has a vast shopping area for everyone, from local produce to designer fashion shops. To the north, Figueres is the capital of the Emporda comarca, and only 37km from France. There you will find the famous Dali Museum, housing some of Salvador Dali's most interesting works.
