Spacious open plan 4 bedroom detached bungalow situated in the Lot et Garonne in the tranquil hamlet of Lalandusse. Bedroom 1 comes with king size bed and en suite shower / w.c. There is one more double bedroom and two twin rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven and fridge, there is a freezer in the garage where you will also find the washing machine iron and ironing board. The main Bathroom has Bath with shower and sink. Satellite T.V. and DVD. A good size garden with lovely views of the surrounding area. Garden furniture. Plenty of parking space. 5 min walk from local bar restaurant with great fresh home cooked food and friendly welcoming atmosphere. There is a travel cot and baby bedding available. The bungalow is also only a 5 min drive from Castillonnes where you will find a Supermarket, and all amenities also bars and restaurants and cinema, also there is an open air swimming pool and in next town, a picturesque lake for swimming.

Lalandusse is a peaceful pretty village, with a friendly warm and welcoming local bar / restaurant which is only a 5 min walk away. There are historic medieval bastide towns all within a short drive. A beautiful lake with man made beach is only a 10 minute drive away situated in Lougratte. There are numerous chateaus all within short driving distance. If shopping is your thing then nearby Bergerac, only 30 min drive should satisfy even the most hardcore shopper. If the beach and seaside is what you need then Arcachon is only 2 hours drive away. Bordeaux, which is one of France's biggest cities is only 1/1/2 hours drive away. The airport is only 25-30 min picturesque drive away. There are countless vineyards all within a short drive. Castillonnes has a fantastic market on Tuesday mornings with local French cuisine, clothes and much more. Walibi Parc, which is a theme park for all ages is less than an hours drive away. The Bungalow is within easy reach of plenty of attractions.
