This apartment is 20 minutes drive from the airport and only a short walk away from the town and beautiful sandy beaches that make up this wonderful resort. The property, recently refurbished comprises: bedroom with two single beds, fitted twin wardrobe and storage space.The kitchen area is fully fitted and has fridge-freezer, built in electric cooker, two ring electric hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, iron and board - it is also well equipped with crockery and utensils. The lounge has a sofa, coffee table, satellite TV and DVD player. There is a safe available in the apartment. The bathroom has a full sized bath with shower mixer fitted. Ample linen and towels are provided for apartment use only. The lounge opens out on to the terrace which has a patio table and chairs, two loungers and has the sun all day. The owners employ a manager who speaks English and lives locally to the complex. All the apartments in the complex are privately owned.

Puerto del Carmen is located on the south side of the island with its wide paved promenade and sandy beaches. It is close to the island's many attractions such as the volcanoes of the Timanfaya National Park, the fantastic views from 'Mirador Del Rio', the amazing, 'Green Caves', formed by the larva flow three thousand years ago, Jameos Del Agua where you can see the famous, 'White Crabs' and the Cactus Gardens to name but a few! The island is an ideal, 'all year round' holiday destination as the temperature rarely falls below a comfortable 21 degrees Celsius. The new golf course and complex which opened this year is within a mile from the apartment.
