Consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, large sitting room with sofa bed on the first floor, and 2 great bedrooms on the second floor, one with a terrace overlooking the historic area. The location of the property in Palma is excellent. The stairs however are not for the faint hearted! The apartment was well equipped and very clean and comfortable. The collection of the key and the the return of them was very simple with no problems and they were very helpful in locating the apartment. If you have a car in Palma the most convenient place to park is at the end of the road on the marina side in the blue bays. If you park after six it costs 2.5euros until 9am the following morning. You can only park for 2 hours max but this is the cheapest place to park overnight.
I would recommend the apartment to anyone even a family as the location is perfect.

Bel Appartement en plein centre du vieux Palma.
L'air conditionné est vraiment appreciable en forte periode de chaleur, ainsi que la terrasse qui permet de prendre un verre dehors, sans sortir!
L'appart est tres bien situé, proche de bons restaus et de bars sympas. Les bus passent devant et permettent de se deplacer facilement en ville et d'aller à la plage.
Proximité aussi des magasins pour faire ses courses.

L'appart etait tres propre à notre arrivée .il est bien equipé avec une decoration tres agreable. L'immeuble est calme et nous n'avons pas été derangé par de quelconques bruits.

on y retournera avec tres grans plaisir!
