This apartment completed late 2007, is located in one of the most recent areas of Praia d'El Rey Golf & Beach Resort, named “Vila da Praia”, facing the sea and the beach. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a three-stored apartment block and offers great views over the beach and the complex including some golf. It has two bedrooms (one twin and one double, en-suite), one bathroom and one shower room. The suite shares a large balcony with the lounge, from which amazing views can be seen. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, dish washer, washing/drying machine, and microwave, among others. It has large doors leading to the dinning area. The lounge/dinning area is wide and spacious; it has a fireplace and large doors leading to a balcony, which offers views over the pool, beach and complex. The apartment decoration is sober but attractive.

The Portuguese Silver Coast has nothing that contradict the richness implied on its name. It has a precious historic and artistic heritage, which is widely recognised through its minsters, convents, castles, churches and museums. Its clement temperatures and the white sandy beaches give the opportunity to choose between the water sports and the quietness of living near the ocean. The springs and the abundant vegetation of the centenary florests had been perservating all its nature. Praia d'El Rey Golf & Beach resort is located between Peniche and Óbidos. Peniche is a fisherman's town and besides the excellent restaurants also has a huge number of white sandy beaches and clear waters. It is the surfers heaven. Óbidos is a medieval town and has many secrets to be found on its narrow streets. The resort is widely famous specially due to the 18-hole championship golf course with the same name. It is a unique experience to play this amazing course, between dunes and pine trees.

Golf: Nearby there are two golf courses: Praia d'El Rey (within the same resort as the apartment) and Bom Sucesso at Bom Sucesso Resort (5-minute drive from the apartment). * Designed by the North American architect Cabell B. Robinson, the course of Praia d’El Rey is an authentic links course. It was built right next to the Atlantic Ocean which gives the course a rare beauty, accentuated by its lakes, trees and dunes. The course, which strictly respects the natural layout of the terrain, is a Par 72 with 6,467 metres. The second nine holes are the prettiest and are where you can most appreciate the beauty of the area. * Opened in September of 2008, the Bom Sucesso golf course stretches along the length of the Resort around its development and other facilities.This spectacular 18 holes golf course, set in a 149 acres area, was designed by Donald Steel, one of the most prestigious golf architects in the world. With an area exceeding 600 thousand square meters, the first nine holes are played on a level part of the terrain while the second nine are located on uneven terrain, and are therefore quite spectacular. The proximity of the sea and Obidos lagoon and the golf course itself, provide fantastic views which benefit from the extension and the natural beauty of the surroundings. Other golf courses in the area: Golden Eagle and Campo Real (30-minute drive).

The apartment is located very close to the beach although this is a dangerous beach for children with cold water (very limited controlled area for bathing). Nevertheless, the views are superb over the sea and the golf course (impresive sunsets). The apartment is very modern and well equipped, very clean and well maintained. Praia del Rei is less than 45 minutes drive of a large number of interesting places to visit. Vila da Praia (within Praia del Rei) is a well designed area although a little bit far from the center of the resort (club house). You need the car for everything apart from beach and pool
