Private and detached family stone house tastefully restored to a high standard. The house pool offers stunning views over the Tramuntana Mountains. 'Ses Llimoneres' (The Lemon Trees) house has extensive orange and lemon groves, apricot and peach trees and a vegetable orchard. You are welcome to pick any available fruit or veg for your use. The lovely outdoor space offers many sitting areas for you to enjoy. Relax contemplating the beautiful sunset or al fresco dinning while watching the children play in the garden. This is an airy and spacious home with air conditioning and heating as well as a fire stove for the Winter months. This nicely furnished home has a stlylish sitting room with satellite TV, DVD and radio, a well equipped modern kitchen, one shower room, one double bedroom and one twin room, and a laundry room. 'Ses Llimoneres' is set in a tranquil spot yet close to the tennis court and only 5 minutes walk to the tram to take you to Soller and the beach. Parking for two cars.

The house is in Soller at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana in a tranquil and peaceful location surrounded by the perfume of orange blossom from the citrus groves. The house is in between Soller and Es Port, direction to Cami de Son Llampaia, close to the tennis court of Es Puig. 10 minutes by car will take you to the beach at Port of Soller. The tram stop is only 5 minutes away. Soller itself with its Art Nouveau architecture and greater variety of shops and its food market is only 15 minutes away. 20 minutes by car will bring you to Deia and further along to Valdemossa. Palma is a picturesque train ride away or a 45 minute car journey.

We (a couple) stayed in this house for one week in September and have really enjoyed our stay. The house is located about 5 minutes by car from Soller, between the mountains.

The photos correspond exactly to the facility: dark wood and very comfortable couches in the lounge. A small television is also available, along with a DVD player. There are 2 bedrooms, one double, one with 2 single beds. The kitchen is made of beautiful natural stone, furnished with gas stove, hood, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. A dishwasher would make the kitchen perfect. Also of natural stone is the bathroom with a beautiful rain shower. The whole house is lovingly decorated with pretty little details. For reception there were fresh flowers, a few sweets and fresh lemons from the garden.

The garden with the pool is wonderful! Although we wanted to go to a beach, we stayed every day at the pool because we felt so well. In the evening you can illuminate the pool and it looks so marvellous.

There are also 2 bikes available, plus a carport. The garden is full of orange and lemon trees, as well as lavender, which smells wonderful. We recommend Ses Llimoneres and we already envy the guests, that stay now there.
