Children love her and she loves children. You can count on our English speaking staff in our nearby offices to help you with anything, post, car hire, maps and instructions.

The View & Area: The view is the river and across it the tropical island of Thanh Da. The area offers International restaurants, boutiques, flower sellers, gourmet food markets and fabulous spas.

Golf: Golf is probably not the first thing people think of when planning a vacation in Vietnam. Yet Vietnam is full of surprises, including fantastic courses which may be among the best kept secrets in the golf world.

We had a fabulous time in this great villa on the river. We were four adults and six children and we all enjoyed it. The design and layout are beautiful, river views from every angle, beautiful furnishings and details and plenty of games, films and music. Everything was very clean, lovely bedding and well stocked kitchen. We walked to restaurants, groceries and spas. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The owner was gracious and accommodating. And I can't say enough about the gardens and pool, just beautiful, like a movie set in an exotic, tropical place. We will surely visit again and again.

A wonderful stay

We have had a wonderful experience in this charming house.
Lovely garden, great pool and a wonderful view.
Everything was full of charm, but also very comfortable.
The hostess and her staff could nor have been more arranging great to deal with and all trying to make our stay fun, comfortable, and memorable.
They succeeded, All we can hope for, is to come back.

Relaxed in Ho Chi Minh

We took a family of 6 (2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 kids) to Ho Chi Minh for an extended weekend and stayed here. The owner arranged transport from the airport which was great and we spent 3 nice nights in this large, modern home. It was easy to relax next to river or in the pool...the house was great for a large group. We walked to dinner a couple of nights at nearby restuarants as well as for grocery shopping. We'd definitly stay again if we go back to Ho Chi Minh.

Perfect for Family

My wife and I faced a difficult dilemna when we decided to visit HCMC after a business conference in Hanoi: where to stay that would entertain our three children, 14, 11, and 8. (two boys and a girl) We chose this property because we had heard An Phu was where many expats lived, and the 2 weeks we spent in HCMC (I was visiting factories in the area for my business) would then make it possible for our kids to meet like-aged children. We were not wrong. Many teenage children lived near here, and through introductions from the friendly, locally savvy owner, our kids were able to play, swim and hang out with like minded children. The pool, amazing interior design, and tropical feel in the house made us feel like we were living in some kind of fantasy, the owner clearly loves Vietnam and the design of the house incorporates this. We had to tear our kids away from their newfound friends, which was hard, would like to go back for more time there. The river views at sunset were breathtaking.
