These properties were constructed in 2007 and are situated within beautifully landscaped gardens in a small village. Upstairs:- A good sized lounge diner, a dining table with seating for 8 persons and lounge furniture that includes a double sofa bed; For your entertainment there is Satellite TV; DVD player; Radio/CD player; Cloakroom; Well appointed and fully equipped kitchen will enable you to cater fully if you decide not to eat out every night. The upper terrace has table, chairs and sun umbrella for you to eat al-fresco or watch the sun go down with a glass of wine. Downstairs:- 2 ensuite bedrooms - that can be made up as either double or twin rooms. A security safe is installed in the wardrobe of the main bedroom. One ensuite has a bath with shower, the other has a shower in a cubicle. The lower terrace has sun beds and chairs for your use, but the village also provide beds and sun umbrellas at the poolside. The property has access to the pool from the bedrooms

This property is located in a small tiered village, with a beautiful communal pool in the centre. Completed in 2007, this first floor apartment is neutrally decorated throughout. Access is through the front door directly into an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. The fully tiled kitchen has black granite work surfaces, with integrated stainless steel appliances, and easily caters for 6 people. There are three sets of patio doors that lead out onto the balcony to superb views across open countryside and down to the sea. The property has 2 large bedrooms -one with a double bed, single bed, and an ensuite bathroom, built in wardrobes and French windows. The other bedroom has bunk beds and a single bed and French windows. There is ample parking at the side of the property. The beautifully landscaped gardens match the interior quality of the apartment.

  • A weekly mini clean, linen and towel change is included. A €30 charge is made, per service, over and above this.

  • Beach towels are available at €2.50 per towel per week, to save on weight and bulk when packing.

Water Parks: There are 3 water parks to choose from:- Driving time from the village house, Slide and Splash is 15 minutes, Aqualand is 20 minutes, Aquashow is 45 minutes. All of these are great family days out. Transportation can be arranged for you if you would prefer.

Zoomarine - Swim and Interact with Dolphins: This is a fantastic and memorable experience. You need to make prior bookings in the Summer school holidays, as it is very popular. You spend half an hour learning all about dolphins then go into the pool with them, making them do various actions for you, touching them, and allowing them to pull you across the pool. The minimum age is 8 years and the child must be a swimmer. You can purchase a DVD and / or photographs of the event. Non participants can watch the pool action.

Golf: This property is in a ideal location for all the golf courses for which the Algarve is renowned. Palmares is only an 8 minute drive away and to those in the Vilamoura area only a 45 minute drive, with many courses in between.
