Sun awning and dining on the veranda--Mediterranean living. All living is on ONE level, bungalow style. Air conditioning, satellite TV, fridge/freezer, microwave. Enclosed veranda with utility room. Year round sunshine in the best climate in the world according to the World Health Organization in Geneva. Salt lakes have health properties. Close to Blue Flag beaches, banks, pharmacy, travel agent, bus tour collection point/stop, waterpark, cinema, bowling, motorway connections, restaurants offering international cuisine, polyclinic, dentist, 24hr shop, fashion stores, supermarket, internet cafe, pubs at Paddy's Point and phone shop. A Golfers' paradise you can easily visit Polarisworld, Las Ramblas, Campoamor, Villamartin courses. Travel cot available. Long term let considered at reduce rate.

La Zenia, Costa Blanca, famed for it's Blue Flag beaches, warm clean water and water sports. Located on the Orihuela Costa off highway 322 or La Zenia exit on the A7 motorway, Casa Ward is conveniently located within easy access to miles of coast and year round sunshine. There is fishing, snorkelling, body boarding, wind surfing, sailing at Cabo Roig marina, bowling, cinema complex and go karting all nearby. Nearby there is therapeutic sulphuric mud which has healing properties. Archena Spa town is about one hours drive away in Murcia. Car hire is convenient but not essential for those who just want to relax. A golfers' paradise without a doubt. Bring your clubs and play a different course every few days.

A wonderful place in the sun, so conveniently located near all amenities. Car rental not essential at all. Near great restaurants and about a 10-15 min walk to the beach. Loved it.
