The Residence set in a commanding position on a raised secondary road within a quiet, sunny and peaceful location has fantastic views over Lake Como. Within the grounds of Residence Tremezzo there is a private swimming pool (16mX6m), BBQ, jacuzzi/hot tub, private gardens, terraces and garages Residence Tremezzo offers privacy and seclusion yet is only 800m to the centre of Tremezzo.

Tremezzo is approximately 20 kilometres north of Como town is a bustling town that offers much in the way of nightlife, with many bars open until late in Tremezzo and Menaggio, and many restaurants specialising in typical “cucina Lariana”, which includes many fish dishes using fish freshly caught on the lake. Try anything and everything and give your taste buds the Italian experience whether in a 5 star restaurant or the local Osteria you will find a wide selection of excellent food and wine. Try Misultini the local lake delicacy, or Pizzocheri from the Valtelina region (north of the lake) and where in September/October the vineyards are open for wine tasting, so why not book an autumn break!!

Shopping: The shopaholics amongst our clients are spoilt for choice as they can opt for the myriad of designer shops in Milan, chic boutiques of Como Town, luxury outlets of Lugano or Fox Town's discount shopping mall all within 45 minutes drive. There variety of shops are sure to satisfy every taste. Oh! and don't forget the tax free shopping at Livigno (2 hours drive) and well worth the journey

Ski: The Residence is not only perfectly placed for summer breaks but is equally suitable for winter breaks. Whether your preference is gentle walk up snow covered hills or more energetic pursuits of snowboarding or skiing then Residence Tremezzo will provide an ideal base for all your winter activities with Ski resorts at Madessimo and St Moritz (60 and 90 minutes drive) and Bormio (120 minutes drive).

Golf: Menaggio Golf Club is located within 10 minutes drive and is Italy's second oldest Golf Club and has fantastic views to rival any European golf course.
