Is situated in the front Isla Canela beach and in the block overlooking the swimming pool and the gardens and offers the best access to the beachfront out. The penthouse has a glazed terrace and another outdoor to be able to enjoy your stay here. 3 bedroom penthouse, sleeps 7 + 1 baby, with gardens, swimming and children pool in season, tennis court, paddle tennis court, children play area on prestigious beach fronted development on the borders of Spain and Portugal known as the Spanish Algarve. Property consist of 121 m interior space and 120 m outdoor terracing, has 3 bedrooms. As a resident you will have full use of the swimming pool & children pool ,(the pool will remain open from 15th June to 15th September),2 paddle tennis, 1 tennis court, children play area, and landscaped gardens. There are a number of great fish restaurants and beach bars within walking distance

Isla Canela is the tourist area par excellence of Spain: Andalusia. 7 km of marvelous fine sandy beaches and a beautiful promenade with restaurants, water sports. Shopping areas and all of the flavour of Andalusia. Isla Canela golf course is about 2 kms with the most modern facilities: an eighteen-hole par 72, a practice course with putting green. The nearest airport is Faro Portugal which is 50 km to the west, with loads of cheap flights. Seville, to the east is just over one hour away and Cadiz about an hour an a half. Isla Canela is a peaceful, largely under development natural island linked by a bridge to Ayamonte, just inside the Spanish border close to Portugal. It enjoys an exceptional average climate of 20-25 degrees with gentle breezes and over 300 days of sunshine throughout the year

The club the most modern facilities: an eighteen-hole par 72 course, a practice course with putting green, a social club and a permanent school for those who are beginning. It´s gentle slopes with sand dunes and woody groves and its average temperature of 20º C ( 68º F) guarantee enjoyment all year round.

This penthouse property was a perfect retreat,it was maintained to an excellent standard.the location was perfect if you want a relaxing holiday,plenty of sports facilities there if you require them,tennis,swimming,running,cycling,bikes provided.Lots of seafood restaurants within walking distance.The owner was most helpful and provided us with any information we needed,plus there is a property management company nearby to help out if any problems arise.A car is necessary.The local area is unspoilt and lots to do and see if you want.It was certainly one of my most enjoyable holidays and I will return.I have recommended this property to lots of friends whom I hope will enjoy as much as we did.The views are wonderful and definitely the best on Isla Canela.
