This modern settlement stretches along the sea line and is separated from the town by pine woods, making it an ideal vacation site. The closeness of the sea and the sandy beach, long walks along the coast, and a the peaceful setting are ideal for families with children. On the other hand, short distance to a large town such a Pula offers different kinds of entertainment possibilities. Apartment consists of a room with a double bed, another room with a single bed from which a stairway leads to a loft with two more single beds, a living room with kitchen and dining area, and a bathroom. Villa Bartol is situated in Pjescana Uvala, located about 3 km from the center of Pula. Pula is a town with 60,000 inhabitants, and more than three thousand years long history. In addition to its numerous cultural monuments (from Ancient Rome through Venice and Austria to the present times), during the summer Pula hosts a variety of events on a daily basis. With its surroundings, Pula has over 200 km of beaches waiting to be discovered, as well as many activities and events organized for tourists. Villa Bartol is a convenient starting point from which to explore the whole of Istria. In less than one hour by car, one can reach all Istrian coastal towns, such as Rovinj and Pore? (on the UNESCO list), as well as the historical towns in the inland part of the peninsula.
