A tastefully decorated villa with a private terrace/pool area that is fully fitted with everything you need for a great relaxing holiday. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen with all the modern conveniences and a light and spacious dining/lounge area equipped with a 32'LG TV and DVD/CD player. The terrace in front of the house with the private pool (5X3m), 2 sunbeds and a lounge enjoys the sun all the day. In the back of the villa (leading out of the kitchen and the utility area) there is a garden with a table for 4 that is great for a quiet breakfasts or dinners. Also, leading out from the dining/lounge area there is a small chill out patio with a hammok, perfect for the one that needs some time alone with a great book or to take a siesta.

The Residencial ¨La Pedraza¨ was finished the fall 2008 an is situated just minutes away from the Marina Rubicon and the center of Playa Blanca. This peaceful and pleasant spot is the ideal place for the whole family to relax in.It is also close to the Papagayo Beaches (2,4km by foot from the house) where white sand and crystalline waters wash lap against the rocks. You can find all kinds of restaurants, shops and bars along the Playa Blanca boardwalk, and the streets running parallel to it, at the edge of the old town. Among the beaches, those of Dorada and Flamingo stand out for their white sand. However, without doubt, the beaches of Papagayo lead the pack. A network of fine white sandy coves is a delight to all its visitors. Although they can be reached on foot or by bike, a car would be recommended.

Additional information about rental rates

  • THE RENTAL RATES QUOTED ARE FOR FOUR PEOPLE. Supplement of 50 Euros per person per week up to maximum of six people.
    Children under 5yrs of age go free.
    Please note that Xmas, New Year and Easter (year 2010) are considered peak season and the rental rate is 600 Euros (4 persons) per week.
  • A deposit of 200 Euros per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.

    Security Deposit of 150 Euros. Returned following inspection of property.
  • We offer a discount of 10% on all stays over 3 weeks.

    Between the 1st November - 31 March the pool is electrical heated and there is an additional cost of 65 euros per week (not affected by the special offers or discounts).

Notes: In the back garden there is a table for 2, perfect for a romantic breakfast. On the terrace/pool area there is a lounge (as seen on one of the photos). Also there is a hairdryer and an iron. For our guest that are staying more than 1 week new linen and towels are provided for free. Please note that we don't provide beach towels. Smoking is not allowed inside the house just outside.

We had a great time in Lanzarote made even better by staying in this lovely Villa. It was just as described: well maintained, well equipped and located near to the vibrant marina - it took approx 15 mins to walk to the marina, where there were plenty of restaurants. There is a supermarket less than 10 mins walk away which was really handy. We would recommend hiring a car for ease to stock up from the larger supermarket in Playa Blanca and for sightseeing. Although it is near to Playa Blanca it was a bit too far to walk for an evening meal etc, but I am sure it would be easy and inexpensive to get a taxi if necessary. We didn't do this as there was plenty of choice at the marina. Playa Blanca is a nice resort with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants and has some lovely beaches. The villa itself was very welcoming and the owners had thoughtfully left us some food/drink basics for our arrival. The villa is well appointed - there was only two of us staying here but it could easily accommodate 4 adults plus 2 children as there are two double bedrooms. The villa is part of a new complex that is still developing, but it feels very private and there were no disturbances during our stay. Communication between the owners and us was good and our arrival and departure went smoothly. Sergio, their local right hand man was efficient and welcoming and even with the language barrier we had no problems. There was a leaking tap but after texting the owners Sergio was there within half hour to fix it. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.
