Brand new Beach front house with 5 bedrooms and great views opening in May 09. If you are looking for something very special by the sea then this could be for you. The lower level with walk out onto a verandha, private garden and then the beach offers a hugh Kitchen, dining and second lounge area. There is also a double bedroom, a twin bedded room and a luxury Villeroy and Boch family bathroom with bath with shower over, w/c and basin. Large Hallway! On the upper level the huge lounge with views out to the sea has a large elevated balcony, great for al-fresco dining. There is a master bedroom with Kingsize double bed and a luxury en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, w/c and basin. There is also a sofa bed facility in this room. There is another good sized twin bedroom and a 5th bedroom with bunk beds. There is another luxury family bathroom on this level with the same facilities. All Bathrooms have underfloor heating. The property benifits from gas fired central heating.

If you really feel you need to leave one of the best beaches on the South coast then there are both local attractions and the rest of this beautiful County to explore. Known as The Garden of England there are a great choice of World class places to visit including Leeds, Dover, Bodiam and Scotney Castles, Sissinghurst, Gardens, Ightham Mote, Penshurst Place, The Walled City of Canterbury with its Cathedral and much more. Shoppers will love Bluewater and the Designer Outlet at Ashford. New Romney is the nearest town and offers a lovely working miniature steam railway that will take you to the historic town of Hythe with drop off points on the way. Hythe has original defence in place from when it was feared Napoleon Bonaparte was going to invade. The Royal Military Canal is now used for fishing and rowing boat hire. Bith towns have a good range of shops and restaurants. Greatstone has small shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance.
