Acorn Cottage has its own fenced garden, with patio, barbeque and outdoor furniture. The Kitchen offers a Dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and electric cooker as part of its itinerary. The lounge diner offers comfortable accommodation with views to the rear garden. The double bedrooms are of good size and again have views to the rear. Acorn Cottage offers 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom. The bathroom in Acorn offers a bath with shower over, w/c and basin. There is private off road parking at the front of the cottage and wireless broadband. Squirrel Cottage next door offers the same accommodation and can be used together with Acorn to offer one large, ground level cottage sleeping 8 persons plus a baby.

Acorn Cottage is situated between the award winning, pretty, village of Woodchurch, Betherdsen to the North and the must visit town of Tenterden. Woddchurch is about 2 miles to the South and has a large village green surrounded on 2 sides with lovely period properties. Don't miss the cricket on the green in summer. There is a windmill and museum open most weekends from Easter. There a 2 pubs offering food, a general store & an excellent butchers who farms the products locally as well. Visit the South East of Englands Rare Breeds Centre. Great for kids. Tenterden has a great choice of restaurants, tea rooms and interesting shops. There are 2 supermarkets and a steam railway that goes through to the lovely Bodiam Castle. Well worth a trip with a picnic in hand. Nearby Ashford offers an International station for easy access to London or Paris.There is a large Designer Outlet shopping centre and a new high street as well. Great central location for visiting the many excellent attractions
