This luxurious detached villa is 5 minutes walk from the centre with its bars, restaurants, supermarket and 5* Hotel. Opposite the villa is a communal, turfed square available for recreational purposes. This new villa is furnished to a high standard including leather sofas; quality beds and mattresses; 37' TV with UK channels; Internet access and HI-FI. The accommodation includes a large lounge with dining area with patio doors leading to the garden, terrace and pool area which can also be accessed from the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with separate utility room housing the washing machine. There are two en-suite bedrooms upstairs, one with a bath and overhead shower and the master bedroom with a double walk-in shower. Bathroom with shower downstairs. Outside there is a 7x 4m pool with Roman steps, a large terraced/landscaped area around the pool, an additional terrace off the lounge with a pergola, grassed garden, BBQ and furniture including table and umbrellas.
