This attractive villa is in a small, quiet community within easy reach of all La Manga Clubs fabulous facilities. With 2 bedrooms the villa provides very spacious and comfortable accommodation, including a well equipped kitchen leading to an airy breakfast room. A split-level lounge/dining room with vaulted ceilings is amply furnished and leads on to a lovely colonial style covered patio area with table and chairs. Outside Pleasant Gardens surround this large detached villa, with large patio areas with additional dining furniture. Beautiful private pool (8x4m) for the sole use of guests with sunbeds and attractive landscaping. There is also a separate Barbeque area with gas barbecue, granite table and bench seating. Private off road parking for two cars.

La Manga Club itself has varied and numerous activities available from Golf, tennis, bowls, football, squash and many more. There is a beautiful Spa Centre, with full size indoor pool, saunas, steam rooms, which offers a full range of treatments. A wide selection of restaurants, shops, a garage and medical centre are all on the resort. The famous Mar Menor with its safe, shallow beaches is only a short 10 min drive along with several local villages with their weekly markets. Cartegena, a beautiful and historic town is just a 20 minute drive.
