All modern appliances including washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven, all housed within a fully equipped kitchen for those nights you wish to dine in. With a range of books, games and DVD's to suit all tastes plus Sky TV in both the sitting room and the Master Bedroom, entertainment is at your fingertips. Two spacious Bedrooms, one twin bedded, one Kingsize, both come with fitted wardrobes and a safe. There is one shower room plus an en-suite bathroom to the Master Bedroom. This Apartment is situated in a beautiful landscaped complex providing a swimming pool, children pool & jacuzzi. Spacious terraces with sunbeds, tables & umbrellas offer a very pleasant stay around the pool area. There is also secure underground parking for 2 cars plus a lift from the car park right to the the apartment. This property / complex can easily accommodate wheelchairs or children's pushchairs.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds that can be either pushed together or apart, with cream head boards and matching valance, curtains and blackout Roman Blind. It has fitted wardrobes and a cream dressing table, bedside tables, lamps and matching mirror. The beds have 4.5t tog summer duvets on them.

Notes: The spacious balcony leading outside through Double Patio Doors from the Sitting Room, has a table and four Chairs which is a very pleasant eating area. The views from here are over across to the Marina and Vilamoura centre and looking in the other direction is the golf course. You will be able to capture the sunshine that can be enjoyed on the balcony all day right through to early evening.
