Property is an end terrace which faces the 9th green and fairways to rear. Ideally suited to golfers, couples and holiday makers. Refurbished to high standard with high quality furnishings and finishings. Wetroom drench shower and ensuite roll top bath in master bedroom. Tranquil and restful location but easy accessible for many other courses and sea and river fishing, beaches (Lunan Bay), coastal paths, cycle paths, and historic castles, and Angus Glens for walking and climbing. The bedrooms have 2 zip and link beds which split to 4 singles. The cottage has been redesigned to open out completely via a glass partition to an outdoor secluded decked area with BBQ and seating area. There is a lawn to the rear and easy access for disabled visitors and ample parking. The kitchen is newly fitted with hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave. There is a TV/DVD/Stereo player. All heating and bed linen and towels are included in the price. Daily rates may be available.
