This wonderful villa consists of 3 bedrooms, all with air-conditioning, (the master bedroom with private bathroom and direct access to terrace and swimming pool) a nice living room with sat. TV and sliding door to the terrace, a spacious kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge and of course two full bathrooms. The villa is located in a residential area close to the sea and shops (approx 5 min). The garden, approx 900 m2 has a wall all around and a big gate that gives you access to the plot. As it is a flat plot, you can park your car next to the kitchen door. The garden contains a lovely private swimming pool (10x5 meters) and large terraces with a very nice BBQ area next to it. So, all you need for a wonderful and holiday.

Our villa is set in a residential area of Baladrar, only 5 min. to nearest beach and shops and 10 min. to centre of Moraira. Alicante and Valencia airports are one hour's drive. In the area are lots of restaurants cafés, shops, sandy beaches safe for children, gorgeous mountain scenery, traditional Spanish villages, arts-and-crafts markets. Just minutes away from Golf courses and tennis courts. The costa Blanca has one of the best climates in the world, according to the World Health Organisation. Aqualandia and Terra Mitica, great for children, are less than an hour away. Moraira, the ideal spot for a perfect holiday
