The front of the house offers magnificent views of the local coastline, which lies only 350 metres away. The raised ground floor terrace (35m2) ensures that these views are enjoyed from 3 sides. If shade is needed then the garden, set in an olive grove, allows you to relax in the afternoon sun. Despite the façade of the house being traditional in appearance, the inside has a more contemporary feel and allows spacious comfortable living in a relaxed environment. The bathrooms and the kitchen have a fresh appearance and are newly fitted. The thickness of the walls combined with modern ceiling fans in all rooms, means that temperatures inside are comfortable in summer. The bedrooms are situated on the ground floor to ensure coolness. One bedroom is en suite.There is a further bathroom as well as living room on this floor. The first floor houses the open-plan kitchen cum diner leading onto a large veranda. The living room area opens onto the side balcony, with mountain and sea views.

The property is located 350 metres from the coast and a 10 minute stroll to Pantazi beach and an excellent local taverna. The pretty village of Agios Nikolaos is a 15 to 20 minute walk along the coast. Here you can find local and international press as well as a supermarket and a range of tavernas, other eating establishments and cafes (all on the water's edge). Both walking and cycling in this area are pleasurable. The water in the sea is crystal clear and ideal for snorkelling.By day the skies are blue and by night are full of glistening stars.
