Casa Olivia is situated in a tranquil location opposite a pine forest, in the picturesque beach resort of Foz Do Arelho. It is a short walk away from the calm waters of Obidos Lagoon, and the rugged beaches of Foz. The calm waters of the lagoon are ideal for families with children, swimming, boating and windsurfing, while the Atlantic Ocean offers a great surfing beach for the more adventurous. There are a number of restaurants and bars overlooking the beach, where you can admire the stunning setting. This spacious villa is one of 7 in a secure complex with communal pool. With a an open plan reception/dining area, fully fitted eat-in kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms (one en-suite) and will sleep six people very comfortably. There is also a private patio garden with dining area and play area. A barbecue area on the terrace over looking the pine forests. There is also a cosy fire place for those chilly winter nights.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Property Rental Deposit Required: Reservations require a non-refundable deposit equal to 25% rental fee. A £150 refundable security deposit will be asked for prior to your arrival (which will be returned to you once you have departed leaving the villa clean and we have confirmation of no damage to the villa), and the full balance of the rental fee must be received 56 days before occupancy date, (or full payment if booking within 56 days of your departure)
    Changeover days are Saturday to Saturday, however we can be flexible with the days if this helps you to find cheaper flights (Subject to availability).
    Checking in / out times are normally 16.00 onwards for arrival and 11.00 am for your departure, however we are flexible with times and will try to accommodate with your preferred arrival/departure times where possible.

Spent two weeks at this lovely villa. The villa had plenty of space, was exceptionally well equipped and naturally the pool was a great asset. Location is great, although car recommended. Very peaceful but lots to see and do within a short distance. Beaches are clean and plentiful, and even during August there was plenty of room for all. One of the nicest things about the Silver Coast is that it is predominantly Portuguese. We also found the cost of living to be cheap and food was very good. We hope to go back sometime soon!

Fantastic Holiday

The newly built luxury townhouse is beautiful, spacious and in a fantasic location. With friendly locals, wonderful restuarants and a beautiful white sandy beach all nearby, we had the most relaxing family holiday. It's also a great centre point if you're wanting to explore a bit. Will definately book again!

My family and I stayed at Casa Olivia for a week in July 2009 and we all had a ffantastic time. The villa is perfectly situated in a peaceful road with only a short drive to the main beach. The villa was superb and very well kitted out and had everything we required. It was great to relax on the terrace after a good day at the beach. The local restaurants are a must for some fantastic meals. A highly recommended experience.

Luxurious holiday in picturesque Portugal

We enjoyed a very comfortable and relaxing Christmas holiday at Casa Olivia. The villa is furnished to a very high standard and the fireplace in the lounge is a particularly lovely feature during winter.

There is an abundance of information on local restaurants and activities to keep everyone busy. Tovola restaurant was definitely a favourite local for the delicious delicassy of Black Pig. The nearby town of Obidos is absolutely beautiful and we spent a relaxing day walking around the old town and dining at one of the many local restaurants.

Foz is a lovely beachside town with friendly locals and a very peaceful atmosphere. We will definitely be back in the summer to this home away from home!
